| Aristizabal, Alvaro |
| Bilingual Academic Advisor |
| Being a bilingual academic advisor for the Early Childhood Learning
Program is one of the most challenging positions I have ever had. In addition to supporting our Spanish-speaking students, I also advise students whose last names begin with "I" through "N." I have always wanted to be part of a team and a work environment where the use technology and human experience come together to help people from all kinds of social and ethnic backgrounds
achieve their academic objectives. In my job I have the opportunity to talk to students from all over the US and it is always exiting and interesting specially when I have the opportunity to use my Spanish. I want to make a difference for those people who work with children, for the mothers in the Head Start Centers and the community of the migrant families.

| Luttmers, Pam |
| Academic Advisor |
| I received my Masters degree from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) in 1978. For about ten years, I worked in community colleges in Southern Illinois as an academic advisor/director of a counseling center. After moving to Cincinnati in 1986, I started an educational desktop publishing business. When my son entered UC, I looked for a “second” job - I am very excited about my part-time position at ECLC! I advise students with last names beginning "O" - "Z". In addition to my son, I share my life with a husband who loves to cook and Sparky, a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier.

| Academic Advisor |
| I hope you have decided to join ECLC. I am very excited to be a part of this special and unique program and also to be a member of a caring team that is dedicated to student success.
If your last name begins with the letter ‘A’ – ‘H,’ I will be your academic advisor throughout your time with ECLC. My specialty is adult education and distance learning, and as a life-long learner and former online student myself, I not only understand the unique challenges that face adult learners personally, professionally, and academically, but also how valuable the opportunity is to achieve educational goals at a distance and from the comfort of one’s home.
